Colonial Offence: 14/06/1826: Housebreaking - robbing the dwelling house of Mr. W. Saltmarsh of a blanket, sheet, shirt and piece of cotton v. 2/- at Norfolk PLAINS, Tasmania (now the district of Westbury, Cressy, Longford through to Campbell Town). Committed for trial. Found Guilty by the Jury. Sentence of Death. Executed 19/02/1827 (references to trial and execution in local newspapers)
