Trial at the Old Bailey, 16 Sept 1812. 634. JAMES ASHTON was indicted, for that he, on the 18th of July , feloniously, and without lawful excuse, had in his custody and possession, a forged bank-note for the payment 10 l. and that he had another bank-note for the payment of 10 l.; and that he had, on the same day, another bank-note for the payment of 10 l.
