Indent No; 128. Offence; Stealing wearing apparel. Status; Married - 2 Children Trial; 17 January 1840 Age; 32 years Height; 5 ft 1/2 in Hair; Dark Brown inclined to Grey Eyes; Dark Hazel. Native Place; Essex. 1844 - 16 February 1844 - Ticket of Leave 1844 - 2 April 1844. Sentence 6 months hard labor for being indecently in bed with ? Calting. 1844 - 5 April 1844. Residue of the above sentence to 2nd class and receive wages. Moved to 2nd class at the Factory 6 July 1844 to 5 November 1844. 1845 - 26 April 1845. Recommended for Conditional Pardon for the Australian Colony 1846 - 4 August 1846. Approved 1847 - 26 April 1847. Free Certificate 1848 - 14 August 1848 - Registered at Hobart Marriage to Henry Samuels. Age; 30. a Brass-founder Hannah Atty, Widow was aged 38 years.
