I am servant to Mr. T. W. Hunt, who lives in Clarges-street, Piccadilly . On the 4th of August, I saw the prisoner going up the area steps. I missed a spoon from the window, of the housekeeper's room. which was there three minutes before. I followed and took him at the end of the street, and found it on him. (Property produced and sworn to.) GUILTY . Aged 20. Transported for Seven Years . First Middlesex Jury, before Mr. Baron Graham .
