JOHN AXTELL and GEORGE AXTELL were indicted for burglariously breaking and entering the dwelling-house of Edward Wise, about the hour of ten in the night of the 12th of Jan., at Middle Temple, with intent to steal the goods and chattels in the same; and that they had been before convicted of felony. Occupation: Tailor and gentleman's servant. Mother: Ann. Brothers: George and Daniel. Sisters: Betsey, Ann, Sarah (from indent).
