The Proceedings of the Old Bailey EDWARD BACCHUS. Theft; petty larceny (to 1827). 26th May 1790. 525. EDWARD BACCHUS was indicted for stealing, on the 23d of April last, a cotton handkerchief, value 10 d. the property of Samuel Nowell . The prisoner was seen taking the handkerchief. GUILTY . Transported for seven years . Tried by the London Jury before Mr. RECORDER. Confirms; Ship to NSW - Active
