Have researched this very carefully. Abraham Baker and his father, Thomas were both convicted of "sheep stealing" and sentenced to 10 years transportation. They were together on the hulk "Justitia" and transported together on the "Barrosa". Abraham died in Hobart Town on 5 March, 1846 just before his 23rd birthday. Many thanks to the Government of Tasmania for making this information available!!!
