6/7/1833 Birmingham Journal West Midlands, England: Thomas Baker, 19, post-boy, charged with having stolen a gelding, the property of John Daines. - Continued till next Assize, being ill and unable to take his trial. Thomas is listed as having arrived per 'Captain Cook' - found no record of him on the NSW Gov. Records or anywhere else. Found no other ship for him either.
