Danial Bamford married Rosanna Elliott 9th of June 1851 by Rev H.P. Fry at St georges Church of Eng South Hobart Both signed with an X. Rosanna Eliot was Irish born, sent to Aust for 7 years for steeling money, a handkerchief and a kettle. Tried at Leeds on 8yh July 1847.at age 19. Sent on the Elizabeth HENRY SHIP AND ARRIVED 30TH jUNE 1848. Rosanna had a daughter Elizabeth Ann Bamford born 15th March 1851.
Danial had two sisters named Sarah and Amelia.
Danial went missing from muster 16th of March 1852. Rosanna went missing with baby 21st of April 1852. The story is that they stole a row boat and rowed to Victoria. They ended up in Rheola, north of Maryborough 1853. Danial then drops off my list but theres mention of Rosanna and Danials daughter Elizabeth Bamford and William Tilbury born 12th May 1871 had a son named William Tilbury Taylor Bought a farm at Wedderburn and had 12 children.
