1832: On arrival in VDL, he was listed as 44, a ploughman and married. His wife Elizabeth was at Great Baddington (see https://stors.tas.gov.au/CON31-1-5$init=CON31-1-5p5). 1841, 28 October: Granted a Conditional Pardon.


1831, 19 October: Convicted for stealing 9 bushels of wheat. 1831, 3 November: Admitted to the prison hulk Justitia moored at Woolwich, aged 42. Sent from there on 10 February for transportation (see UK, Prison Hulk Registers and Letter Books, 1802-1849).
