Listed as "Dannon" on her conduct record: Tried at Cavan 23/6/1849 for larceny, stealing a fowl - 7 years. Mary was 36 years old on arrival, 5'2½" tall, a widow (husband dead 3 years). Children Rose, a convict, arrived on the 'Australasia' 1849, she arrived with her sister Catherine on board (have not found Catherine as a convict). 16/11/1852: TOL 6/6/1853: Married Samuel Beattie (Cressy 1843). Mary was listed as 'Dunmore', 17/7/1855: CP 23/7/1856: Free Certificate. 24/6/1861: Mary died at Harrington St, Hobart, of Cancer of the womb, aged 46. Listed as 'Betey'.
