4/4/1828 Cambridge Chronicle and Journal Cambridgeshire, England: SUFFOLK ASSIZES Thomas Bantock, for stealing a heifer from Mr. Joseph Farrow, of Hawstead. Thomas Bantock was 37 years old on arrival. Native Place: Suffolk. 3rd conviction, 7 years, served 5 years in Hulk. Thomas was illiterate, married with 2 children, 5'7¾" tall, ruddy fair complexion, dark brown to grey hair, brown eyes. Assigned to William Lawson, Bathurst. Jan.1838: Allowed to remain in the district of Bathurst. 19/5/1838: TOL Bathurst.
