WILLIAM BARDELL and HENRY BARDELL Accused of housebreaking (feloniously breaking and entering the dwelling-house of John Fairey , on the 5th of February, at St. George, and stealing therein 1 watch, value 10l., his property). Sentence; Death. Sentence Respited; 13 April 1831 1833 - BROTHER; Henry Bardell arrived in the Colony per Ship; Lord Lyndoch - 30 May 1833, aged 13 years. Refer Indent No; 134.
