The Judge passed...sentence of Death upon the prisoners capitally convicted, as follow: … and Peter Barnes (30) and Jane Barnes (29) for coining. … The Judge was pleased to reprieve the whole of those prisoners condemned, with the exception of Michael Henshaw, for maliciously shooting, and John Jones, for forgery.
