James Barnett was convicted at Warwick and given a 7 yr sentence. Transported to NSW, Australia on the 'Burrell' 1830. James was ill on the voyage. The ship arrived at Port Jackson 18/12/1830 but prisoners not landed till 31/12/1830. James Barnett was however taken to hospital in Sydney but died on 23rd.
