THOMAS BARRON was indicted for stealing, on the 13th of March , 10 lbs. of mutton, value 8 s. the goods of Richard Arnold . RICHARD ARNOLD . I am a butcher , and live in Henry-street, Pentonville . On Monday evening, the 13th of March, I saw the prisoner come in, and take the mutton off a hook at the back of the shop. He went out, and I secured him with it. He resisted very much, and almost killed me. GUILTY . Aged 17. Transported for Seven Years .
