MIDDLETON SESSIONS. BEFORE MR. MARTLET, ASSISTANT-BARRISTER. Margaret Barry was sentenced to seven years’ transportation, for stealing Clothes from Doctor Willis’s Schoolhouse at Charleville. The prisoner committed the offence for which she had now been sentenced, directly after having been discharged from prison, where she had been confined six months, for like crime, whereof she was convicted at the last April Sessions at Mallow. Southern Reporter, 10 Nov 1829.
