At the assizes for the county of Northampton, which ended on Wednesday, two prisoners were capitally convicted, and received sentence of death, but were both reprieved before the Judges left Northampton, viz. Samuel Bates, for feloniously killing a sheep, the property of W. Bailey, of Barnwell-St.-Andrew ; and ...
