Henry was tried 08 Jan 1846, Kent Maidstone Quarter Sessions for stealing ten chickens & killing a cat. For this he received a sentence of 7 years transportation to Van Diemen's Land. He was transported per the ship Palmyra and arrived in VDL 23 Aug 1846. His convict records lists he was married with 7 children.
