James Beades was listed as 44 years old on arrival. Occupation: Butcher/Victualler. Native Place: Kildare James was illiterate, RC, Married with 1 male and 3 female children, 5'6½" tall, dark sallow complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, scar back of left wrist, scar inside little finger of right hand, scar ball of right thumb ; uncle, John Dunn, 5 years ago (**possibly the Larkins 1829 but there were 4 John Dunn's on the voyage). 12/3/1842: TOL - Allowed to remain in the District of Yass. 2/4/1842: TOL Cancelled for highly disorderly conduct. Later restored. Feb 1844: TOL Campbelltown. 20/12/1848: CP 1857: James Beades died at Yass, NSW (NSW BDM).
