Family connections for Peter (Behan) are: BEHAN Peter (Behan) son of William (Behan) & Mary (???) was born in 1800 (or1795) in Kildare county Ireland. He (Peter (Beaghan)) was convicted of burglary at Kings county Ireland, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 24 12 1818 after a voyage of 4months on MARTHA & became a hutkeeper grazier at Claremont Black Springs. He married Margaret (Hogan) on 6 8 1832 at RC Sydney. He died on 4 6 1874 age about73 at Black Springs; a stained glass window in Avoca Black Springs church was presented by his son John (Behan) in his parents' memory.
