Commuted to the Castle, since our last, James Beard, late Norland, in the West Riding, charged with having, on the night the 26th of Jan. last, feloniously entered a certain warehouse, situate at Marsden, the parish Huddersfield, and stolen therefrom a quantity woollen cloth the property of David Armitage, and his partners.
