Charles Beaumont was 25 years old when indicted, along with his wife Eliza for stealing pillows, blankets and various other household items, the goods of Henry Bennett. Eliza was related to Henry Bennett and they had been lodging at his residence at Little Bury Street, Euston-Square. Eliza had been married before marrying Charles Beaumont. Charles's occupation was a "Watchmaker". Eliza was found not guilty. 1839: TOL Sydney 4/6/1841: COF
