MONDAY. Highway Robbery.— Michael Bedford and Patrick Coffey were indicted for feloniously assaulting Joseph Malone, oy the 18th of November, and forcibly taking from .his person & coat and other property. Te prisoners ran after the prosecutor, a servant about four o'clock on the morning of the day stated in the indictment, when on the road from Clonmuskey to Dublin, and presenting a pistol to him, threatened to blow his brains about the road if be did not deliver his money. They then knocked him down and and stripped him to his shirt, searched his clothes for money, and not finding any, they took his outside coat and some other articles, with which they ran off. The prosecutor having given information of the robbery to the police and a description of the prisoners, they were shortly afterwards apprehended.
