Charles Benger ( aged 23 ) committed June 8th 1835 along with Henry Hayward (aged 17) having on the 25th of May 1835 at Rhinefield Walk in the New Forest feloniously killed and had in their possession a fallow deer - it being their second offence - transported for 7yrs
