The Devon County Sessions, which commenced at our Castle on the 15th instant, did not finish until Monday. The following prisoners were tried and received sentence:- -Robert Cott, Benjamin Cott, and James Cott, for stealing a quantity of fowls and ducks; transported for seven years;  Exeter Flying Post, 24 April 1817.

Benjamin was murdered in November or December 1850.
