Found 06/05/1856. Certificate of Freedom, Launceston 20/08/1858.

Robert Bergin was convicted at Kilkenny 5 Jul 1851 for Larceny - stealing clothes. 7 yr sentence. Previous conviction. Prison report: incorrigible. Spike Island report: Good. Transported to Van Diemens Land (Tasmania) on the 'Rodney' arriving 12/02/1853.
