** TWO JOSEPH BERRYS' ON THIS VOYAGE ** Convict No. 5623. 13/8/1859 Leicestershire Mercury Leicestershire, England: Will Forgery at Manchester.—At the Salford Police Court, on Monday, Richard Hardy, Ruth Berry, Joseph Berry and John Hope were charged with forging a will, and uttering it at the Probate Court in Manchester. Joseph Berry was listed as being 29 years old on arrival in WA. He was Married, wife Ruth, with 1 child, 5'7" tall, dark brown hair, brown eyes, sallow complexion, stout, moles on back of neck, semiliterate. 9/10/1863: TOL 12/7/1862: CP Comments: Labourer, general servant, cook, sawyer. To NSW 12th April, 1873.
