Convict Notes
The Lieutenant Governor has had under consideration in the Executive Council the report of The Chief Police Magistrate of the circumstances connected with the capture of the two Bushrangers, Jeffs and Conway; and His Excellency, with the unanimous advice of the Council, has approved the following Rewards being granted to the six parties hereinafter named, by whom the capture was effected: Thomas Cannell, 2222, per Recovery, 14 years, a Free Pardon, and the sum of Thirty-three pounds three shillings and eight pence. Joseph Marsam, 997, per Katherine Stewart Forbes. 14 years, T.L., a Free Pardon, and the sum of Thirty-three pounds three shillings and eight pence. Matthew Berry, 1133, per Roslyn Castle, 14 years, T.L , a Free Pardon, and the sum of Thirty-three pounds three shillings and eight pence. Edward Quin, 28. per Bussorah Merchant, life.
