John was 77 years old when he died at Falmouth,he is buried in a crypt at Falmouth. He was not guilty of at least one charge of larceny,stealing boots,from Abraham Walker.

John Berwick was 18 when transported. This record says he landed in nsw but he continued on per Mangles to VDL, arrived there in 1824. John was 5'11" tall, had blue eyes, dark brown hair, scar on left forefinger. 1830: Was assigned to Mr A Walker 1839: Married Margaret Fitzgerald (Hector) he was free. They had 9 children. 1883: Died at Fingal.
