Pake, Chas. Gould, Wm. Clarke, Wm. Rush, and Thomas Richardson Norfolk Chronicle, 6 May 1826.

DOB on TOL as 1794, on General Muster 1837 he is aged 39 Tried 18 March 1826 TOL 30/308 3 June 1830 - Height 5 feet, 5 inches, Complexion light, Hair fair, Eyes hazel Pardon No. 47/691 Conditional Pardon 48/1546 (written as 1546 on Conditional Pardon papers - NSW, Australia, Convict Registers of Conditional and Absolute Pardons, 1788-1870, Conditional 1848 [Reel 788]). However on NSW & Tas., Australia, Convict Pardons and TOL, 1834-1859, NSW, Pardons, 1846-1849 HO 10/54 he is numbered 1547) 1 January 1827 He gave information which led to the arrest of the parties who attacked and plundered the house of his master W. James-Adair - Col. Sec. leter No. 30/401 dated 25 May 1830
