New South Wales, Australia, Convict Indents, 1788-1842 Ship: Albion Name; Joseph Bickenhill No; 154 No details on Noted against his name; Dead; Case No; 178 Jos Bickwell - Convict. ** spelling as per journal ** Date; 2nd August Disease; Diarrhea. This Mans upper lip is considerably swollen. He does note know the cause of the swelling. The poor man is sort of half-idiot Case No; 183. Name; Jos Bicknell Disease; Erysipelas Gangrenous ? Notes; The purging continues, was six times moved in the night, although it be of the diarrhea chiefly that he complains, the swelling of the lip is evidently the principal disease Discharged; DIED at 5 pm 3rd August 1828 -------------------
