John Biggs was 49 years old, married, and a native of Surry. Assigned to William Forster at Williams River on arrival. 23/5/1833: Wardsman at Newcastle Hospital. 14/12/1836: Attached to hte Lighthouse. 28/2/1837: Assigned to the Lighthouse. Requested by John Patton, to whom he had been assigned, to remove oyster shells from around the fire, where the men had left them. 28/2/1837: Sentenced to 7 days in the cells for insolence and Disobedience. 10/10/1838: TOL Newcastle. 31/5/1845: Prisoner of the Crown. Died, aged 65 athe the Newcastle Hospital.
