Richard Binder and Thomas of breaking open and entering the dwelling-house of Elizabeth Pywell, of Great-Weldon, in the night, and carrying away from thence a trunk, containing six small pieces of thread lace, several muslin aprons, one gold ring, five or six pieces of gold Portugal money, and some small pieces of old silver coin, of the value ten pounds and upwards, the property of the said Eliz. Pywell- Jane on suspicion of felniously buying and receiving of the Thos. Duncomb and Richard Binder, six pieces of thread lace, two muslin aprons, six gold pieces of Portugal coin, and thirty pieces the ancient coin of this kingdom, of the value of ten pounds and upwards, the property the said Elizabeth knowing the same to have been stolen.
