THOMAS LAW (25), and ROBERT BINGLEY (24) charged upon the oath of Thomas Atkinson, of Knottingley, limeburner, with having, on the 12th January, maliciously assaulted and wounded him, with intent to murder, rob, or do him some grievous bodily harm.
