Suffolk Assizes. John Smith, Edw. Benjamin Bird, and Mary Ann Freeman, aged 18, for breaking and entering the shop of Jas. Smith, of Parham, in the night of the 20th of June, and stealing divers articles. Bury and Norwich Post, 19 Aug 1829. Last week the following convicts under sentence of transportation for life, were removed from Ipswich County Gaol, and put on board the Leviathan Hulk at Portsmouth: Samuel Calver, Benjamin Clements, Edward Benjamin Bird, John Smith, Robert Woods, Laban Lee, and John Barker. Bury and Norwich Post, 16 Sept 1829.
