I agree with Lynette McKee, after checking the convict list on Linc - there was no Stephen Bishop on the 'Isabella Watson' - the only 'Bishop' was Joseph along with the corresponding convict details. Joseph was transported for stealing a handkerchief from a shop. He was 5'53/4" tall light brown hair, brown eyes, fair complexion, could read and write, RC. 1 sister, Mary at Limerick Uncle James. 5/1/1847: TOL 21/1/1849: Free Certificate.

I have records showing this persons name was Joseph Bishop not Stephen.
