Application to bring out family GO33/1/4 p77 Holds a Ticket of Leave and resides at Green Ponds Wife Ann Blackburn & 2 children/boys residing in the Parish St Johns Liverpool. States he is fully able to support them 1829 - 6 April 1829. Free Certificate; No; 1829/91 1844 - Colonial Trial. Supreme Court Hobart - 16 April 1844 Offence; Receiving 20 yards of Calico sentenced 14 years To be sent to Norfolk Island for 6 years Off Norfolk Island per Governor Phillip May 1848. 1856 - Death Under Sentence No; 554.
