ELIZABETH BLACKLOCK, Theft > grand larceny, 15th September 1825. 1563. ELIZABETH BLACKLOCK was indicted for stealing, on the 17th of July , three pairs of sheets, value 34 s.; four handkerchiefs, value 14 s.; three shifts, value 10 s.; three shirts, value 14 s; two towels, value 1 s. 6 d.; a napkin, value 1 s.; a night-gown, value 1 s.; five tablecloths value 18 s., and a gown, value 8 s. , the goods of Frederick Boulton . HARRIET BOULTON . I am the wife of Frederick Boulton, a publican , who lives at Whitefriars' New-wharf . The prisoner lived with me as a servant . I missed some articles on the 17th of July, and sent for an officer. SAMUEL BEAVAN . I am a constable of Whitefriars. I was sent for, and found several duplicates upon the prisoner. JOHN FLOWERS . I am shopman to Mr. Cotterel, pawnbroker, of Shoe-lane. I have several articles of table linen, some sheets, gowns, and shirts, pawned by the prisoner, at different times. JOSHUA MORTIMER . I am a pawnbroker, and live in Fleet-market. I have eleven separate articles, partly pawned by the prisoner. WILLIAM HOLDING . I am a pawnbroker, and live in Fleet-market. I have a handkerchief, pawned for 3 s., by a person in the name of Ann Smith . I am not certain whether it was by the prisoner. THOMAS LINSCOT . I am a pawnbroker. I have a handkerchief, pawned on the 11th of July, in the name of Ann Hawkins . (Property produced and sworn to.) GUILTY . Aged 42.
