Elizabeth Blackwell took a silver spoon and a silver fork from a butler's room in a house in Downing Street. She was caught in the street minutes later with them hidden in her apron. Tried on a house-breaking charge (very serious - death penalty possible), she was found guilty of a lesser offence. Digital panopticon does link her to the third fleet but with no further details at present.
