From County Tipperary, possibly from Kockfune. Was the coachman for Sir Edmund Waller- Baronet, who gave him a good character at the trial. Ticket of Leave 27th december 1843. Certificate of freedom 26th april 1847. 5 fot 8 and three quarter inches. Blue eyes, pale and freckled complexion, brown hair.
