Date of Trial: 16 September 1830 Sentence: 14 years Year of Birth: 1813 Height: 5ft 5inches Complexion: Ruddy Hair: Brown Eyes: Hazel General Remarks: O,inside right arm Allowed to remain in the District of : Port Phillip On recommendation of: do (Port Phillip) Bench, Dated: Jany(?) 1840 It is as yet unproven beyond doubt, but it is believed that Henry Blake married on the 26th December 1842 at St James Church, Melbourne, Victoria to Martha Lever (Leaver). Vic Reg 4670, NSW Reg: V184298726C Permission to marry has not been found.
