15/3/1832 Bath Chronicle and Weekly Gazette Somerset, England: WILTS ASSIZES Charles Blanchard and Isaac Witchell, for horsestealing. Isaac Witchell arrived on the Planter 1832 (NSW) Charles Blanchard was listed as 20 years old on arrival - 5'4½" tall, fair complexion, reddish hair, hazel eyes, face and arms freckled, single. Constant absconder - 13/11/1834 sentenced to 7 years for absconding. 9/12/1842: TOL 9/6/1846: Recommended for a CP 5/10/1847: CP No marriage or death date found. In 1876 he was in Launceston - convicted of exposing himself in public.
