Convicted 5th.March 1850 at Northampton Assises. Interned at Portland Prison labouring on Portland Harbour defences before being transported aboard the Sea Park, departing 30th.December 1853, arriving Western Australia 5th.April 1854. Processed at Fremantle Prison on 5th.May 1854 and immediately issued with Ticket to Leave. Conditional Pardon granted on 20th.September 1856. Left a wife and five children in Thrapston Northamptonshire. Never returned to England and died in Perth Western Australia 25th.May 1881.
