23/10/1835 Leicester Journal Leicestershire, England BOROUGH SESSIONS John Linthwaite, 23, William Bland, 19, and Joseph Bedder, 18, charged with stealing a brace, centre-bits, and fifteen pence, the property of John Jackson. John Linthwaite arrived per 'Lady Kennaway 1836' VDL. No ship found for Joseph Bedder. William Bland was 20 years old on arrival, he was born in Leicester - he was 5'3" tall, brown hair, blue eyes, single, slightly pockpitted Anchor & Cable inside left wrist H. W. W.
