Cartney Bligh, 5 ft. 5 in. dark brown hair, inclining to grey, dark grey eyes, aged 38 years, a grocer, tried at Bristol Oct. 13, 1823, sentence life, arrived per Princess Charlotte 1824, born at Barnstaple, absconded from Prisoners' Barracks April 16, 1825.-£2 Reward.
