Thomas was 5'6" tall, dark complexion, black hair, hazel eyes, wide nostrils, literate, married with 1 child. Wife: Mary Houghton - married 2/3/1845. Father: Thomas, a Silk stocking maker. Brother: George Sisters: Ann at native place, Hannah at Manchester. Blore, Thomas arr 1850:nile /370.12/ aotRemarks:Application to bring out family CO386/154 Reel 987 p158. 15/10/1850: TOL 4/7/1855: COF - himself (working for). 18/10/1860: Lydia Mary born Hobart - to Thomas Blore and Mary Houghton. Thomas was listed as a Tailor at Brisbane Street, Hobart. 18/9/1906: Thomas Blore died. 20/9/1906: (Burial date) Thomas Blore died at Melville Street, Hobart - Listed as a Gentleman, Wesleyan and 84 years old. From Richard Bear:- He was baptised on 29 May 1822 in St Peter’s, Derby, England. The Hobart Mercury of 11 March 1857 reports Thos Blore as being a witness to the execution of criminal George Nixon. He was married to Mary Houghton on 2 March 1845 in the Parish Church, Melbourne, England
