Sophia married Stafford Lett (Convict, 1799, “Hillsborough”).  They married in 1807 at St Phillips, Sydney. The couple had at least 5 children: Martha, Elizabeth, William, Sophia and Stafford.  Stafford (snr) died in 1817 and Sophia married again, in 1818 to one George Cribb.
This relationship did not last and the couple separated in 1823.
