She arrived in NSW as a convict on 22 1 1788 after a journey of 13months on Fleet ship LADY PENRHYN. She was a hospital nurse 1786-1794. She was sent to Norfolk Island, arriving on 7 8 1790also. She had a first relationship with John (Herbert) & produced 2children-1after her time with Samuel (Day). She was Free by Servitude by 1795. She was recorded in February 1805 as hospital nurse on Norfolk Island. She changed her name to (Day) in 1810. She left Norfolk Island with her family (including Charlotte (Day)) as part of the second evacuation on 20/28 1 1813 on HMS LADY NELSON to Port Dalrymple Van Diemens Land (Tasmania), arriving on 1 3 1813. He was tried for stealing silk handkerchief, on 5 4 1784, of John (Thompson) at Old Bailey on 21 4 1784, sentenced to 7years, held probably at London or Middlesex Gaol Delivery & hulk CENSOR on the Thames until 24 2 1787 when he was sent to Portsmouth & arrived in NSW as a convict on 26 1 1788 after a voyage of 8months on First Fleet ship SCARBOROUGH. On 4 3 1790 he was sent to Norfolk Island on HMS SIRIUS, possibly arriving on 17 3 1790 (the date of its sinking on reef near Kingston Pier Slaughter Bay). By 1794 he was selling grain. He was Free by Servitude by 1799. He was recorded in 1802 as a time expired settler & a constable on Norfolk Island. He was tried for theft of warp yarn at Gloucester Gloucestershire on 23 3 1785, sentenced to death reprieved to 14years, held on the hulk CENSOR on Thames River Woolwich London & arrived in NSW as a convict on 30 11 1787 after a voyage of 6.5months on First Fleet ship ALEXANDER. He married firstly (1of3) Mary (Bishop) on 2 11 1788 at St Phillips CofE Sydney-however, this relationship is also stated to have been of Mary to Thomas (Bishop). He was sent to Norfolk Island on SURPRISE, arriving on 7 8 1790. He had a second (2of3) relationship with Mary (Bolton her second relationship) & was recorded with her in 1794. He was recorded in February 1805 Free by Servitude sawyer sentence expired on stores on Norfolk Island. He was recorded as living on Norfolk Island with Elizabeth & James (children of Mary (Bolton) & John (Herbert)) & Mary (daughter of Samuel (Day) & Catherine (Sullivan). He left Norfolk Island with his family (Ref:'People...' shows 3children/Ref:'Exiled..." shows 2children/Ref:'Forgotten...' shows 2children with differences in names) as part of the second evacuation on 20/28 1 1813 on HMS LADY NELSON to Port Dalrymple Van Diemens Land (Tasmania), arriving on 1 3 1813. He was appointed constable at Port Dalrymple on 30 5 1818.
