Court and date of trial: Fisher: Chelmsford Assizes December 1826; Bonner: Lewes Winter Assizes 1826. Crime: Fisher: stealing in a dwelling house a watch value £4 from Robert Hale Manley, Surgeon; Bonner: horse stealing. Initial sentence: Fisher: death commuted to 14 years transportation; Bonner: death commuted to transportation for life. Annotated (Outcome): Bonner to be transported; free pardon prepared for Fisher 1 December 1829.
